Noticeable transformation in just a few weeks!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I pay by Direct Debit?

The preferred and simplest method is to pay by card. We will take a quarterly reoccurring payment until you ask us to stop.

If you prefer to, or you don't have access to a bank card for your club, you can pay by direct debit - just contact us for more information on how to set this up!

How long do I have to sign up for

When you sign up to a Mowd Sports Pitch Care Plan, we recommend committing to a year to see the benefits of the treatments. Each seasonal pack is designed to benefit the ones that have come before it, so you see continual improvement in your grass.

However, as it is a quarterly rolling subscription, you can cancel at any time - just send us an email, or notify us via your customer portal.

Can I add a soil sample?

Absolutely! We highly recommend a soil sample each year. Just add the soil sample to your order at check out. It takes around 4 week from when we receive your sample. We will provide you with a full breakdown of your results, and recommend products to correct any deficiencies.

Can the products be delivered to an address other than the club ground?

Yes - we can deliver products to any address you prefer. Just remember, depending on the size of the delivery, make sure you have room to accept the delivery and transport it to your club. Sometimes, it may require a pallet delivery lorry.

I don't have a sprayer/spreader. Can I have a liquid only or granular only plan?

We can create bespoke plan for you, but we highly recommend granular and liquid plans. We have some very cost effective sprayers and spreaders in our online shop - ask us if you're not sure which one is best for you.

I look after multiple squares, how is best to subscribe?

If the cricket squares are at the same location, simply add the area of all the bowls greens together and order a subscription that is of that size.

If the squares are at different locations, you would be best to order one subscription per cricket squares location.

How do I use the club's unique discount code?

You will be issued with a unique discount code to use on any products outside of your subscription. Simply enter it at checkout to receive you discount!

We are completing an end of season renovation - how will the subscription impact this?

We have included products in August that will compliment your hard efforts at end of season renovations works. Soil conditioner can be applied without hindering your renovations, and the autumn feed will be just in time after the pre seed fertiliser has started to wear off.

Don't forget, you also have your unique discount code for seed, top dressings, etc.
