Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
As many of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, orders may be processed and shipped from different warehouses depending on the product.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the supplier shipping the item.
Typical delivery times:

Multiple Shipments
Since many of our products are shipped directly from different suppliers, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment where available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
